This course is for adults who have not yet learned to ride, providing them with essential cycle introductory training. Complete Beginner sessions run for a duration of two hours allowing for plenty of breaks.
The aim is to get people to balance and then ride the bike in a straight line and gradually learn to turn, without falling off.
Cycle Experience believe that the boost in confidence that our Complete Beginner session achieves enables each participant to progress to Basic Cycle skills training in a more confident and positive manner.
Delivery takes place in a traffic-free environment. It should be noted that as some Complete Beginner participants may have never had contact with a bike before completing this two hour session, our Cycle Instructors will assess the abilities of each participant. In some cases they might recommend that participants should attend at least one further two hour Complete Beginner session to further develop and practice their newly acquired balance skills before progressing to Basic Cycle Skills.
